IRIS BUILDING
IRIS BUILDING is a technical company based in Kordelio, Thessaloniki, specializing in industrial, stamped, epoxy, and pebbled floors, as well as ramps and insulations of all kinds. The company was founded in 2008, with knowledge and experience starting as early as 1999, through continuous activity in construction and general space development.
With more than 25 years of experience, the IRIS BUILDING team has undertaken dozens of projects across Thessaloniki and Northern Greece, providing durable and aesthetically excellent floors that meet the needs of any professional or private space.
Our experience in stamped floors allows the creation of highly aesthetic surfaces, with textures and shades that enhance every outdoor space. Epoxy floors are an ideal solution for industrial areas, garages, or workshops, thanks to their durability and ease of maintenance. At the same time, pebbled floors and ramps offer strength and safety, while the insulations we apply ensure complete waterproofing and energy efficiency.
